The piece The camera and its vomit 2021, conceived during the 2020 pandemic, opens up multiple interpretations of the message around surveillance, which takes us back to a moment that we thought we had overcome. The eight neons take the form of a jet, a rainbow vomit that ironizes the apparent and funny society of the spectacle, which could be read as the failure of democracies; that trickle down that never reached the lower towns. In this sense, the piece recalls the symbol of the NO campaign in Chile in the plebiscite that opened the return to democracy, which is a guarded democracy as we know.

La pieza La cámara y su vómito 2021, pensada durante la pandemia del 2020, abre a múltiples interpretaciones sobre el mensaje entorno a la vigilancia, que nos hace volver a un momento que creíamos haber superado. Los ocho neones retoman la forma un chorro, un vómito de arcoíris que ironiza la aparente y divertida sociedad del espectáculo, que podría leerse como el fracaso de las democracias; ese chorreo que nunca llegó a las poblaciones bajas. En este mismo sentido la pieza remembra el símbolo de la campaña del NO en Chile en el plebiscito que abrió la vuelta a la democracia, que como todos sabemos es una democracia vigilada.
