Performance “Island”, Lake Wakatipu. The action begins with the audience offering sweet potato plants, which the artist incorporates into the navigable greenhouse alongside species from Aotearoa and Rapa Nui, creating a space of encounter between interconnected territories, reinforced by the linguistic and cultural ties between the Māori and Rapa Nui peoples.

Inside, interviews with Macarena Oñate (Santiago/Rapa Nui), Stan Conrad (Māori), and Mane Stevenson (Rapa Nui) are projected.

During the performance, the installation navigates the lake while the voices expand from the raft toward the shore through speakers and a QR code.

Performance “Isla”, lago Wakatipu. La acción se inicia con la entrega de plantas de camote por parte de los asistentes, que el artista incorpora al invernadero navegable junto a especies de Aotearoa y Rapa Nui, configurando un espacio de encuentro entre territorios interconectados, reforzado por los vínculos lingüísticos y culturales entre los pueblos maorí y rapanui.

En su interior se proyectan entrevistas con Macarena Oñate (Santiago/Rapa Nui), Stan Conrad (maorí) y Mane Stevenson (Rapa Nui).

Durante la performance, la instalación navega mientras las voces se expanden desde la balsa hacia la costa mediante altavoces y un código QR.
